Privacy Policy

Tikshoov Group (hereinafter: “Tikshoov,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of its clients, representatives, employees, job applicants, suppliers, and users of its websites (collectively: “clients,” “you,” or “data subjects”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and managing your information responsibly, in accordance with applicable law.

This policy applies only to information over which we act as the data controller, namely information about employees, candidates, suppliers, representatives, visitors to the commercial website, and similar parties. This policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our clients and in their name; such information is subject solely to our clients’ privacy policies.

It is important to us that you understand how we handle information about you (“Personal Data”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Data we collect as a data controller, how we collect it, and how we use it. You are not required to provide us with information; however, certain information is necessary for engagements, provision of services, and communication. If you choose not to share certain information with us, you may not be able to enjoy some of the services you request. By providing us with your details, sharing information with us, or using Tikshoov’s services and websites, you consent to this Privacy Policy.


1. What Information Do We Collect?

For the purpose of operating the services and fulfilling Tikshoov’s purposes, we collect various types of information, including:

  • Representatives and Clients: First and last name, email address, phone number, position, company, and any other detail provided by you or on your behalf for the purpose of engaging with us, support, communication, and additional services.
  • Employees, Candidates, and Suppliers: First and last name, address, contact details, performance evaluations, actions performed as part of the role or service, account details, and any other detail provided by you or required in connection with your employment or the services provided by you, including through call-recording systems or security cameras.
  • Technical Information: Technological data received when using the websites and digital assets, related to the geographic location of the computer, mobile phone, or other digital device you used while using Tikshoov’s websites and digital channels under our control, as well as the actions you performed within them.
  • Information collected through Tikshoov representatives or at various events.

The information is collected directly from you, on your behalf, and from other authorized entities, in accordance with applicable law.


2. How Do We Collect Personal Data?

Personal Data is collected as part of our activities, during registration for services, when visiting our offices, or when using the websites, as detailed below:

  • Direct Collection: When you provide information on your own initiative, or when information is provided on your behalf, including when filling out forms, whether online or manually, leaving contact details, submitting requests, registering for services, as part of ongoing work, contacting us for support or marketing purposes, or in any other way in which you communicate with us.
  • Automatic Collection: When using Tikshoov’s websites and digital assets, technological data is collected automatically, independently or with the assistance of third parties. This information includes: technical information, IP address, URL address, operating system, browser type, browser plugins, time of use, screen resolution, and phone numbers, through Cookies and similar technologies, as well as control and monitoring systems.
  • Information from Third Parties: In certain cases, we may receive or collect Personal Data from third parties for operational, audit, or other purposes, such as from subsidiaries or affiliated companies, government records, or other public information, in accordance with the law.

3. For What Purposes Do We Collect Personal Data?

Tikshoov collects and processes Personal Data for various purposes, including:

  • Fulfilling obligations arising from agreements entered into between you and Tikshoov, providing information, support, and additional services.
  • Contacting you, providing updates regarding changes to the services we offer, or providing related offers.
  • Providing and improving services, including through AI software, for clients and other data subjects, and handling inquiries, requests, complaints, satisfaction surveys, and feedback.
  • Marketing, including sending messages, publications, and relevant notices, including by mail, email, text messages, and other digital channels.
  • Human Resources and supplier engagement management: engagements with employees, suppliers, service providers, and contractors, as well as managing and supervising Tikshoov employees, representatives, and job candidates.
  • Administrative and operational needs, including documenting actions, producing reports, data analysis, control and audit, risk management, legal defense, and debt collection.
  • Compliance with obligations, including legal, statutory, ethical, and business obligations relating to Tikshoov, employees, representatives, and third parties.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

Tikshoov processes information about employees, candidates, representatives, and website visitors with the assistance of third parties, including:

  • Group companies for administrative and operational purposes.
  • Information and cloud systems, including AI: customer relationship management services, task management, data analysis, document management, donation and support management, technical support, storage services, marketing, and similar services.
  • Service providers and external consultants: service providers, contractors, professional consultants, including legal, business, and technological consultants, and system operators on behalf of Tikshoov, who assist us in fulfilling our contractual obligations, improving our services, maintaining systems, handling inquiries, and analyzing information.
  • Courts, judicial authorities, and competent bodies: for the purpose of managing legal proceedings, exercising rights, or complying with binding decisions of competent authorities.

5. Where Is Personal Data Stored?

Personal Data is stored in systems and servers under our control or ownership, or processed on our behalf by reputable cloud and hosting service providers. We may transfer Personal Data outside the borders of Israel for storage, processing, and backup purposes. In such cases, we will maintain your privacy and ensure that the Personal Data is protected in accordance with applicable law.


6. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with the law, you have the right to review or correct Personal Data about you, or to request removal from mailing lists. To exercise these rights, you may contact us by email at: contactus@tikshoov.co.il. In your request, please provide the required details, including identification details, the reasons for the request, and the context in which the information was collected. It is clarified that these rights may not be exercised in a manner that contradicts the rights of Tikshoov and its employees, or the proprietary rights of third parties. In the case of a marketing mailing list, you may unsubscribe independently through the message itself.


7. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as we believe it is required in order to provide the services, and as necessary to comply with our legal and other obligations, assist in resolving disputes, and enforce our rights. Please note that non-personal information or anonymous information may be retained without limitation. In addition, certain data may be retained on the servers of our suppliers, such as in backups, in accordance with the privacy and retention policies of such third parties.


8. Collection of Personal Data and Cookies on the Website and Digital Systems

When using Tikshoov’s websites and other digital systems, Personal Data and technical-digital information are collected, among other things, through Cookies and other tracking technologies, for the purpose of operating the systems, improving the user experience, adapting the services to your needs, and collecting statistical data.

What are Cookies? Cookies are small text files sent to your browser when you visit a website or online system and are stored on your device. Some Cookies are required for the proper and secure operation of the systems, while others are used to analyze usage patterns, personalize content, and improve the service.

The types of Cookies Tikshoov may use include: a. Essential Cookies: required for the operation of the system and basic usage options, such as logging into a secure account. b. Functional Cookies: used to save user settings and preferences, such as language and time zone. c. Analytics and Performance Cookies such as Google Analytics: used to collect statistical information about the use of the digital systems, for analyzing and improving the service and content. d. Marketing or Third-Party Cookies: where applicable, used to personalize advertisements and content according to your preferences, and will be activated only with your consent, where required.

The information collected includes, among other things: IP address, browser type, operating system, location area, device information, duration of stay, and pages viewed or opened. You may change your browser or device settings in order to delete or block some or all Cookies. However, blocking essential Cookies may cause some of the services in the digital systems not to function properly.


9. Information Security

Tikshoov implements appropriate organizational and technological measures, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 2017, and accepted professional standards, in order to protect Personal Data and prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data. In this context, Tikshoov restricts access to Personal Data only to those who: (1) require access to such information for the purpose of performing Tikshoov’s obligations; (2) meet the requirements for managing and accessing Personal Data; and (3) are bound by appropriate agreements, in accordance with the law.

Tikshoov’s information systems are protected by measures including, among other things: a. access controls and permissions according to role and responsibility; b. encryption of information during transmission and, where required, during storage; c. use of firewalls and intrusion prevention systems; d. monitoring and detection of unusual activity in information systems; e. regular backup and data recovery in the event of a malfunction or exceptional incident; and f. maintaining a secure server environment.

Tikshoov works to restrict access to Personal Data to its employees, suppliers, and subcontractors acting on its behalf, who require the information for the performance of their duties, and subject to their obligation to maintain confidentiality and comply with the relevant legal requirements. Despite all measures taken, Tikshoov, or any other party, cannot guarantee absolute protection of information. Nevertheless, Tikshoov undertakes to act immediately and reasonably to remedy any defect or security incident that may be discovered, and to report security incidents that require reporting under applicable law.


10. Changes to the Privacy Policy; General

Tikshoov reserves the right to update, change, or replace this policy from time to time, as required, in order to reflect changes in legislation, official guidelines, technological developments, or Tikshoov’s manner of operation. In the event of a material change to this policy, Tikshoov will publish a prominent notice on its website and through other publication channels it uses, in accordance with the law. Continued use of Tikshoov’s services after the changes take effect will constitute consent to the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
